[Clas12_rich] RICH electronics

Hi Eugene, 

We are proposing this layout of the RICH electronics on Forward Carriage Deck 3, using racks C3-4, C3-5 (RICH 1 and Gas Controls), and C3-7(RICH 2). The diagram shows 24U of rack space allocated per rack. This location would assure that cable lengths can be kept minimal for both RICH detectors. I have included photos of the locations. I think if the HV crates for FTOF are lowered 5-6 inches (see rack bottom photos for C3-4 and 5) and the cable management (at the top) is removed there should be enough space.

Matteo, 

You added junction boxes. How much rack space is needed for those? Is it a single box or three separate ones?
