[Clas12_rich] EEL 124 for RICH assembly

Dear Walt,

Last week on July 14, you had replied to Marco Mirazita's email on 
confirming that the space in EEL 124 will be available for the RICH 
assembly. Has the availability of this space been confirmed yet? As 
Marco mentioned, the detector components and assembly structure will 
arrive soon and we need that space. Please let us know.
