[Clas12_rich] RICH assembly

Dear Walt,

According to our current schedule CLAS12 drift chambers that occupy most 
of space in the
clean room must be installed in the hall. The only thing will be remain 
there is SVT. SVT does
not take much space and it can be moved around if needed.
