The numbers keep changing :)
HV 6U->5U
fibers 1U -> 4U
LV 2U -> 0U
You guys should settle on something. 
With new number for HV distribution 2 CAEN + 2 HV distributions = 26U will not fit in the same rack. It would be logical to have them in separate racks. C3-5 is closer to sector 4 (RICH1) and C3-7 is closer to sector 1 (RICH2)
