[Clas12_rich] RICH electronics- summary of space needed

That's fine. What is important for me ow nis the number of cables and fibers going to each panel. 
As I understand HV an LV cables are split evenly between the two panels but fibers go to only one. They go to the right side if I look along the beam. If RICH1 goes to sector 4 this panel will be on the bottom. Correct?
