[Clas12_rich] mirror measurements

Dear Marco, 

Thank you for sending the procedure. After discussion, we have a few questions regarding the procedure though. 

Will Giovanni and Ilaria be at JLab when the CMM measurements are taken? Amanda, Pablo, and I will be able to set up the mirrors for the measurements if not s ince we were shown the procedure for handling the mirrors. 

With the August deadline fast approaching for the acceptance of the two new mirrors at JLab, is there a plan for if the next four mirrors do not arrive in time? Should we schedule the CMM measurements far a date that will allow enough time for the acceptance tests regardless of whether the next four mirrors are shipped by then?
