[Clas12_rich] Additional questions regarding RICH test

Dear Marco Mirazita and Marco Contalbrigo,

We have received your emails answering our questions from the installation document. Thank you for filling out the spreadsheet with additional information.

Regarding Marco Mirazita's email, we have additional questions about the testing: what distances are you planning on taking measurements at during the mirror testing? We want to ensure that the small clean room will accommodate the distances that you will need to use. Also, regarding the assembly of the electronics in EEL 121: would the assembly of the electronics be done before or after the mirror testing? The clean room has been darkened so there would not be any light to assemble the electronics by inside the clean room while the mirror testing is occurring.

Regarding Marco Contalbrigo's email asking if the electronics can be taken into the clean room after assembly: Amrit informed me that the electronics do not have to be assembled inside the EEL 121, the small clean room, and can be taken in after their assembly. The procedure to clean them in order to bring them into the small clean room would be to first take the assembled electronics into the small clean room's gowning area and then dust the electronics with compressed air and lightly wipe off the surface of the electronics.
