[Clas12_rich] Update request on RICH information

Dear Marco,

We have started clearing out the small clean room to prepare for the delivery of the first shipment of mirrors. The 7' x 14' area requested in the installation document for the mirror testing has been cleared. Could you please let us know the date of when the mirrors will be delivered?

Also, have you had a chance to review the information on the optical tables that Brian sent on 3/18? Please let us know if that table would be appropriate for the tests.
