[Clas12_rich] Update request on RICH information

Hi Tyler,
yesterday we had a phone meeting with the producer of the mirrors to 
discuss the status of the production.
The first two sample should be ready by the end of this week, and other 
two in a couple of weeks. However, being the first large samples 
produced, we agreed that we will visit the company to verify the quality 
of the mirrors together with the producer.
This will most likely happen in mid april.
After that, and if everything is fine, the mirrors will be sent in 
Philadelphia for the deposition of the reflecting film.
So, reasonably they will be at JLab not before the beginning of may.

As for the tables, they seems to be appropriate. Could you please 
confirm that they will be available for out tests?
