[Clas12_rich] RICH cooling, interlocks and assembly structure

HiTyler,
Regarding the RICH Assembly Structure,a few days ago I gave to Saptarshi
Mandal a step file (3d File) , with the RICH Moule assembled into the
Assembly Structure and some details can be extracted directly from this
model.
I'm on vacation for a few days , but next week I'll collect for you the
requested informations.
