[Clas12_rich] Information needed for RICH ERR on 6/13/2016

Dear Saptarshi,

In an email on 5/3, Dario informed us that he sent you a 3D file that contains an engineering drawing of the RICH and its assembly structure. The assembly structure would need to be securely anchored during the assembly process. George mentioned that the assembly structure could be anchored to the floor with bolts. We will be able to take care of the drilling for the anchoring. For the ERR on 6/13/2016, we need the 3D file so we can know the size of the bolts needed to anchor the assembly structure and the structure’s lift points. 

Also, George has created a preliminary diagram for the cooling circuit and has previously sent it. Due to the pressure required to cool the electronics with the compressed air, the system requires ASME valves and tanks that would need approval.

We hope to hear from you soon about the 3D file and the cooling system diagram.
