[Clas12_rich] RICH air cooling system diagram update and hardware list, review tasks questions

Dear Marco Contalbrigo and Marco Mirazita,

George has compiled a price list of hardware components that will be required by for the air cooling system. He has also updated the cooling circuit diagram to improve its reliability and also to match the items on the list. The list is attached as an Excel sheet along with a pdf of the diagram. There are items at the bottom of the spreadsheet will be completed once the system is approved by Hall B Engineering. Could you please verify what you can and let us know any information that you have on the cost of the compressors and tank?

Also, we have questions regarding the compressors within the cooling system:
-Can the compressor operational status be readback?
-Can the compressors remotely start and stop?
-Would it be possible to make it so the offline compressor automatically starts up if the other compressor trips off or pressure in the tank falls below a certain value?

We have also reviewed the email regarding what you would need for the upcoming review and have questions regarding some items.

-For the two PCs needed, you requested Debian. The supported versions of Linux at JLAB are RHEL 6 (32- or 64-bit) or RHEL 7 (only 64-bit). However, we can get approval to use Debian for the OS if you need it for the testing. Could the computers have the RHEL 6 or RHEL 7 OS or is Debian needed?

-What type of rack would be needed for storing the mirrors?

-In the section on aerogel testing, what precision is needed for the scale? Also, what is the maximum weight of the items being weighed?

-In section 3, what is meant by the defining the services?
