Dear Tyler,
thank you for all the information and effort. The last couple of days
we concentrated on defining the documentation we want to have ready
in 10 days, for the Hall-B dry-run (the documents should be circulated
the 26th, the dry-run will be the 31st). We decided the following
priorities for the items in my previous mail:

1) Design of the Detector
Medium: for the moment we will discuss it in the slides
            a document may follow

2) Operational Manual for Component Tests
Low: we would skip as not necessarily part of the readiness review
we are going anyway to define OSP when needed

3) Operational Manual for Assembling and Installation
Low: we would skip as not necessarily part of the readiness review
we are going anyway to define OSP when needed

4) Operational Manual for In-beam Operations
High: we are going to produce a draft within this week

5) Commissioning
High: we are going to produce a draft within this week

6) Time schedule for completion
Done: we have the RICH management plan and the
          assembling schedule document.

7) ESAD
we decided to add this document following other detector examples
High: we are going to produce a draft within this week

We are going to address your questions tomorrow.
Thanks again, Marco.

He has also updated the cooling circuit diagram to improve its reliability and also to match the items on the list. The list is attached as an Excel sheet along with a pdf of the diagram. There are items at the bottom of the spreadsheet will be completed once the system is approved by Hall B Engineering. Could you please verify what you can and let us know any information that you have on the cost of the compressors and tank?
