[Clas12_rich] Visual inspection of aerogel complete

Dear Tyler, Amanda and Pablo,
thank you very much for your work.
I have updated the wiki page we the information on this last delivery:

There is a spreadsheet with the summary of the data on all the tiles we 
received so far, where I included the description of your visual 
inspection.
There are also tar files with the pictures taken before the shipment and 
the full passports.
It would be interesting to visually compare the tiles with these 
previous pictures.
