[Clas12_rich] RICH mirrors shipment, delivery to EEL 121c request

Dear Elaine,

Valery notified me that the shipment for the RICH mirrors is expected to arrive today, May 20 or on Monday, May 23. He mentioned that he has also contacted you to let you know that the name and phone number on the shipping bill is incorrect. For your convenience, I have attached a copy of the shipping bill and the tracking info Valery shared. I would like to request, as he has also, that you please let me know when the shipment has arrived so the DSG can properly store the mirrors. My extension is x6625 and my desk is in EEL 121c. Please let me know when the mirrors arrive and have been processed. Thank you very much in advance.
