[Clas12_rich] RICH assembly structure anchoring approval

Tyler,

I'm waiting on information from the RICH group about their cooling 
system. I need that to evaluate relief valves for the system.

About, the RICH assembly structure, the engineers from RICH should 
calculate the bolts sizes, lift points, etc. I'm not sure which drawings 
you're referring to, since we only received stp files from the RICH 
group which I had forwarded to you on May 5.
