[Clas12_rich] Scale for aerogel weighing

Dear Marco Contalbrigo,

We have researched scales that meet the specifications that you requested for the scales to weigh the aerogel. 

I have attached the data sheet for some scales from a JLAB stockroom vendor. Would the scale with model number "VWR-1002E" meet the specifications that the aerogel measurements need? 

I have also attached a quote for the scale from the vendor.

Please let us know if this scale meets your specifications so the PR can be submitted and the scale received before it is needed. Thanks in advance.
