[Clas12_rich] RICH cooling system information

hi saptarshi, 
glad to know that you got info from the RICH group about the cooling system. 
since you have been added to the clas12_rich at jlab.org mailing list, could you or the RICH collaborators who sent you the info, or george please forward this info, which i'm assuming is in e-mail fformat, to the CLAS12__RICH mailing list.

If you refer back to the email I sent you yesterday, I told you I was 
waiting on information from the RICH group to work on their cooling 
system relief valve. They have sent me the info I wanted this morning. 
If I need further information I'll work with the RICH group and George.
