[Clas12_rich] Debian OS for RICH testing

Dear Marco Contalbrigo and Marco Mirazita,

We have gotten a reply from the Computer Center regarding using Debian Linux OS. If Debian is used, the PC's will have to be registered on the guest network for security reasons. However, you will be able to ssh to log in to the Hall networks if needed. Would this network configuration work for the testing? Please let us know so we can have the PCs ready for the mirror testing.
