I'm adding Jim Dahlberg to this email since he will be coordinating with the crew and knows the groups schedule. I should be able to take the roughness measurements during that time.
Thanks,
Chris

Subject: CMM for measuring RICH mirrors
Dear Chris,
The INFN collaborators for the RICH detector will be at JLAB for a review the week of 6/14/2016. Could the measurements using the 60 um CMM be scheduled for some time Tuesday June 14 through Friday June 17? There are also questions we have regarding the CMM:
There are four, square spherical-mirror segments with the largest being about 840mm by 530mm with a radius of curvature of 2.71 meters. I have attached a diagram of it with more specific dimensions. Would the CMM be able to take measurements of the entire mirror segment without having to be reset?
The collaborators also mentioned that they had mirror samples that would be small enough to use the non-contact profilometer for a roughness measurement. Would it be possible to take those measurements the same week as the CMM measurements?
Please let us know and how we can arrange the measurements. Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Tyler
