as patrizia mentions, i am as puzzled as well as to why it wasn't mentioned by bob at the meeting. 
it wound up as a recommendation! 

last night, i was reviewing the EHS manuals to find the design authority and i could only come up with dave kausch and will oren? 
could you tell me who approved your calculations, because we need approvals for DC and FT.

as was mentioned in the ERR, we need to have saptarshi's RICH relief valve calculations and valve selections approved by a pressure system design authority. 

dave kausch, i think, was one such; but he has retired. 
coul d you or saptarshi please make sure that saptarshi's calculations and valve selections have the seal of approval.
