[Clas12_rich] EEL 124 layout for RICH assembly

Dear Walt,
the DSG informed us that, because of the current location of the SVT, 
the layout of the RICH assembly in the EEL-124 has been changed as in 
the attached file EEL124-rich_sept2016.jpeg.
While it is in principle fine for us to move the RICH close to the 
gowning and air shower rooms, the RICH should be rotated by 90 degrees, 
as in the file EEL124_Preliminary Layout 13-10-2106.jpg.
In addition, we would check the available space around the RICH in order 
to be sure that the gantry crane could be operated properly.
However, we don't have the dimension of the gowning and air shower 
rooms. Could you provide us this information?
