[Clas12_rich] d0 values for RICH mirrors 2C, 3C, 4C, and 5C

Dear Tyler,
I posted the measuremet results (in a compact form) on the wiki:

Actually, I would like to collect there the relevant information
of all the mirrors.

If you are storing all the data in some repository I can send you
a tar file with all the raw measurements of the 2C, 3C, 4C and 5C
mirrors we did in June.
