[Clas12_rich] RICH spot test mirror stand

Dear Marco Mirazita, 

After your last visit to JLab over the summer, the mirror stand for the spot test returned to INFN with you because the motors on the stand were not stable enough for the spot test. Has the motor stability issue been resolved? Please let us know the status of the stand and also when the mirror stand will return to JLab so the spot tests for all mirrors can be repeated.
