[Clas12_rich] Planned optical measurements of mirrors in first week of October

Dear Marco, 

For the optical measurements that are planned for the first week of October, the two optical tables are unavailable until the end of November. I talked to Brian to confirm this and the tables are needed for SVT repairs that are happening now . 

However, we should be able to repeat the spot tests with the mirror on a regular table, as before, and a second regular table for the CCD stand. Please let us know if this lay out works for these optical measurements so we can prepare the clean room.

Dear Tyler, 
we plan to send them back in October, after a second round of 
optical measurements. We plan to measure the mirror again, 
hopefully with the complete characterization system, the first 
days of October. Marco Mirazita and I will arrive at JLab on 
September 30: I will stay till Friday 7 (excluded) and Marco 
a bit longer, till the middle of the following week.
