[Clas12_software] repository stuff

Hi all,

I'd like to move some obsolete directories in a "archive" subdirectory.

This includes:

Sim12
svtsim
generator
buildscripts


I'd create a directory "services" and move the magn. field, geometry, data services and all future services in there.


There is also some other stuff that could be moved there/around. Here's a list. Please comment.

 Capd-1.0  > could be moved into a CLARA directory?
 Clara-1.3.1  - I think it's better to have versioning inside a CLARA directory?

Clas12SoftBase  <   we're using either JANA or SOT  so I think we can move this to archive


G2G  < move into a new "generators"


There are many java socrats, maybe they can be re-organized:

ServiceOrientedSocrat
jSocrat
jSocrat_OLD
SOT

secureRelay?
