[Clas12_software] ccdb update

I apologize for not being able to make it to the meeting this morning, but
I have some developments from yesterday. Yelena and I were trying to put in
several tables into the CCDB database including the EC and FTOF ones i got
from Mauri and we came across a deep bug in the python API. It had to do
with column ordering and there is no viable workaround because the
resulting order of the columns is not predictable in any way. Dmitry has
been notified and I think I can solve this issue myself but it will take
some time (couple days?). I've already identified where in the python code
the bug occurs and I have an idea on how to fix it.
