Dear colleagues,

Now that the software review, the DOE S&T review, the DOE 12GeV project
review, and last but not least the PAC39 are all over, I like to return
to the regular SRP meetings on Friday afternoon. For our first SRP
meeting on 06/29 after the five weeks hiatus we will focus on how we
proceed on organizing the 12GeV software effort towards achieving the
milestones and goals we promised at the June software review. This
includes preparations for the first stress test this fall. We need to
quantify what we want to achieve at such a first milestone. Also we
should discuss how we will proceed with the further development of the
individual software services. We need to quantify what additional
manpower is needed and where it may come from. I like to see assessments
by all of us but especially by the most active contributors to the
software development. The many approved new proposals at PAC39 adds
additional pressure on us to not only be "ready on day 1" but to be
 >>REALLY REALLY REALLY READY on DAY 1 << !!! ;-)

Come to the next SRP meeting prepared to discuss our way forward with
the CLAS12 software so we keep the momentum.

Volker Burkert
