[Clas12_software] SRP meeting

Hi all.
  For those who will not be at the meeting today or join remotely I like
to update the attached timeline for the IT review in June.  I got
that from Ken Hicks in February (or even earlier). I assume it
needs updating. If you can't join today, send me your modifications
by email.
