[Clas12_software] jEVIO libraries for writing to banks

Are there any libraries with functions to write out the clas12 banks into
evio format?

We are implementing the output for the PCAL hit bank, and we do not want
to re-invent the wheel.  We use JAVA so it would have to be in jEVIO. 
Basically, we are looking for a template for writing out banks.
