[Clas12_software] gemc version 1.7 and 2.0

The gemc trunk repository is a now a development version of gemc 2.0. 

>From now on users should use tagged version of gemc.
The latest production version of gemc is tagged at 1.7.

>From the users point of view, nothing is changed except that dbus is no longer a requirement (champagne!) and that the gemc path now reflects the version number.

If you have gemc installed on your system please remove it as that's the trunk version. Then re-run:

go_ce
go_sconscripts
go_gemc

from the installation instructions page to re-install gemc.
