[Clas12_software] Some questions for all people ***actively*** contributing to CLAS12 software development

Dear all, 

  we need to assess where we stand with our software goals, and what remains to be done, so that we can make better progress.  
For our SRP meeting tomorrow I would like folks that are actively developing to answer the following questions:
--For the system that you are responsible for (Framework, Data Model, Slow Controls, DAQ, Calibration, Online Monitoring, Object Model, Database, Online System, PID, Detectors: i.e. Central & Forward Trackers, TOF, DC, PCAL, EC, Cherenkovs) what needs to be done, and what is completed;
-- What still needs to be done;
-- Assessing what is missing from the existing code, what could we reuse from CLAS(6) for the systems that are similar enough in CLAS12;
-- What fraction of your time are you working on this;
-- What fraction of your time can you commit to this in the coming 1 to 2 years.

Using these answers we should be in a position to better figure out:
-- what are the priorities (in order to set the foundations correctly),
-- where the holes are,
-- where the bottle-necks are,
-- what is needed to speed things up, 
-- very importantly what the teams are (are they well-matched, working [well] together).
