Hi Mac,
Maybe we can deliberate on this on Thursday. But here are my thoughts:
either way (indexing from 0 or 1), its going to be ambiguous unless we use
the ordinals 1st, 2nd, etc. -- Since we are not using fortran, a real
solution for CLAS12 would be to rename the sectors to "sector zero",
"sector one", ... "sector five" but I don't see this happening. Also, this
is not a "convenience" thing but a deliberate decision to match the
interface with the underlying data structure.
