[Clas12_software] gemc 2.0.beta2

gemc 2.0.beta2 has been released: attached are a few slides outlining the main features. 

I'll work with the CLAS12 and Solid detectors group to port the geometry into 2.0.  This port involves one line of code change in the geometry scripts, however let's take this chance to also identify the parameters that can be re-utlized for reconstruction.

To install gemc 2.0.beta2 with the "go" scripts, set the env before sourcing jlab.csh:

setenv GEMC_VERSION 2.0.beta2

and then run go_gemc normally.

The gemc website, documentation and tutorials will be updated accordingly (slowly, sorry).
