Subject: Your CHEP2013 contribution #11 has been accepted as an oral presentation (Evaluation of the flow-based programming (FBP) paradigm as an alternative to standard programming practices in physics data processing applications)

Dear Vardan Gyurjyan,
Dear Gyurjyan:

The programme committee for CHEP 2013 is pleased to inform you that your
submission #11, entitled

Evaluation of the flow-based programming (FBP) paradigm as an alternative to standard programming practices in physics data processing applications

has been accepted as an ORAL PRESENTATION in the track (*)

  Software Engineering, Parallelism & Multi-Core

This confirmation mail contains important information on the next steps to be
taken as well as the review comments related to your abstract. Please read
this entire mail including the review comments below.

ALL oral contribution will be 20 min, followed by at most 2 minutes of
discussion. Overrunning your allotted time is not permitted as attendees
should have the opportunity to change tracks - presentations in all tracks are
to be synchronous. Please be prepared to present all material within your 20
min time slot.

Your talk will be scheduled in the parallel session of the CHEP conference,
held during the Monday and Tuesday afternoons and in the morning and afternoon
on Thursday. The exact time will be determined later and also for this reason
we encourage presenters to attend the entire conference.

What happens next:

- One of the co-authors MUST be set as the presenter in the Indico
  programme management system: http://chep2013.org/indico
This either has been done already at submission time or it should
be done by the SUBMITTER of the abstract. Contact info at chep2013.org
  if you experience difficulties.

- The presenter MUST register as a conference participant and MUST be one
of the co-authors of the contribution. Contributions of which the author
is not a registered participant will be cancelled. You can register
  today at: http://chep2013.org/registration

- At least two weeks before the conference upload a version of your slides
to the Indico agenda system. This way you make sure you have proper
submission rights to your contribution and session chairs can preview
  the material.
All presentation material MUST be uploaded at least 30 min before the
session starts – presentation will be solely through conference-provided
  laptops.

- The presenting author will also be the CORRESPONDING AUTHOR for all
communications regarding the proceedings of the conference. As author of
an accepted contribution, you are invited to submit a full paper for
inclusion in the CHEP2013 special volume of the Journal of Physics:
Conference Series (JPCS) by IOP Publishing.

DEADLINE for full paper submission is Monday, October 21, 2013!

You can find more information and templates to prepare your paper at:
    http://www.chep2013.org/proceedings

- The corresponding author will be informed how to submit papers to the
IOP ReView system. All papers will be Open Access once published – see
the web for details. The submission site for full papers is expected to
open in July and stays open until October 21st. In order to publish a
full paper the authors have to agree with the IOP Publishing License,
also on behalf of any co-authors (authors retain their own copyright).

Please register for CHEP on-line via http://chep2013.org/registration as the
organisers will try and ensure that those presenting multiple contributions
will have no conflicting arrangements (and for poster presenters that the
posters you put up are co-located as much as possible so one can stand next to
all posters). We cannot do this when you register on-site!

The programme committee and track conveners would also like to bring the
following comments to your attention (if any):

We appreciate your contribution, hope you enjoy both the conference and the
city of Amsterdam, and look forward to meeting you on Monday, October 14th!

	Best regards,
The CHEP2013 Organisers and Programme Committee

(*) Due to the exceptionally large number of contributions to track 3
"Distributed Processing and Data Handling", the organisers have decided to
split this track into two separate ones: one on "DPDH: Infrastructure, Sites,
and Virtualization" (track 3A) and one on "DPDH: Experiment Data Processing,
Data Handling and Computing Models" (track 3B). The programme committee has
assigned your contribution to either of these tracks based on the abstract
submitted. The track are closely co-located, allowing participants to
move between these subtracks.
