[Clas12_software] Clara/bin

Ok. Here are some more questions:

 

Is there a reason for this change?

Does this change propagated accordingly across the Clara code base (namely documentation, ClarausersManual, ClaraDesigner, etc)?

What about $CLARA_SERVICES/bin? Is this going to be renamed too?

Why this proposal was not discussed during one of our regular meetings?
