[Clas12_software] Clara/bin

Dennis,

you know that  clas12 project is not the only user of the Clara framework. Even if it was the case, modifications of the code-base without consulting authors and/or the offline group is unacceptable. Currently directory name change brakes ClaraDesigner code and messes up documentation.
