[Clas12_software] clas12 detector geometry library now on github

Hello,
Please take a look at the CLAS12 Detector Geometry Library (CDGL) project
as hosted on GitHub. I have removed the source code from the SVN repository
and I am now using git to handle source development and history.

If you have any feature requests or bug reports for the CDGL, you should
now use GitHub to create an "issue". I will remove the associated project
from Mantis shortly.

In the future, I will redirect ALL personal email inquiries about CDGL to
this site and suggest that the user create an issue ticket - preferably
after a search to make sure it is not a duplicate bug/feature request.

I along with Harut, Veronique and Gagik all have the power to add users to
the Hall-B Admin (Developers) and Hall-B Users GitHub Teams. To do this, we
would need your GitHub account username.
