Dear all, 

  this is a reminder of the CLAS12 software meeting tomorrow. F224 at 11:00 AM. 

AGENDA:

1)  Planning for the coming 11 months: teams and their priorities 
(10 mins): Veronique, all. 
-  We will discuss the division of the work into quasi-independent 
sub-projects, their time priorities, and the assignment of people to the 
teams. This will be discussed again in future meetings.

2)  Discussion regarding the framework:
(50 mins): all
a) ClaRA service domain: which software services should be under ClaRA?
b) Workflow: our 'chefs' must submit multiple jobs with different 
configurations with complex book-keeping (which code, constants and
parameters were used, which jobs failed, etc.). How do we make this 
easier under the ClaRA environment? ... etc.
c) Reconstruction software development plans (Veronique)

3)  Status of the Geometry service (Johann, Yelena), SVT monitoring (Justin)
