[Clas12_software] black market ced

The official way to get *ced* and other clas12 java apps is via Gagik's
coatjava. However, I will also maintain a "daily build" that you can get
this way


   1. from the clas12 svn repository (svn, not git!) , checkout *cedexport*
   2. after checkout, cd to the  cedexport directory
   3. run the script, i.e., *source ced.sh*

It requires java 1.7 or higher.

>From then on you can simply issue a "svn up" command in cedexport to get
the latest daily build.

Previous instructions involving *clasJlib* are null and void. The
never-heralded *clasJlib* project is spiraling downward into oblivion.
