I will suggest to restart also platform, or make sure that you do not have dangling platform processes.

Funny, I saw the same error when I was trying to deploy Java services. No idea what happened and what version of Clara is running. Can you restart all the processes and try again? Nothing has changed in the codebase, and it should work.

Did something change with the C++ DPE or Clara library? I am getting this error now when I try to deploy the geometry service: 


clarausr at claradm:~>deploy-geometry-service 
examples.orchestrator.DeployService at 40a826f5 
failed send timeout: subject: 129.57.28.27_cpp_admin type: 
dpe/control/request/startClaraServiceContainer (waited 5000 ms) 
Error: Failed to create a service container on the host = 129.57.28.27 


The script deploy-geometry-service is just this one liner: 


java -cp "$CLARA_SERVICES/.:$CLARA_SERVICES/lib/*" \ 
examples.orchestrator.DeployService 129.57.28.27 \ 
CCDB CLAS12GeometryService cpp 



And the GeometryService is the same as its been for over a year now...
