[Clas12_software] ced stand alone

If you want to run ced standalone this is one way:

1) From the clas12 repos checkout clasJlib (that's big J, little l) *
2) In the resulting clasJlib dir, go to bin/latest. You must be in the dir.
3) run the ced.sh script

If this does not work, please let me know.

Note: This will only work on 8% of all desktops and laptops. It won't work
on the 92% that we don't support (Windows).

* and NOT clasjlib-1.6.0 which is an unrelated project
