Minutes from today's meeting:

-We have produced MC files to do a stress test to check scaling
and thread-safety.

-Harut gave a talk on best practices for using a calibration data-base.
Rule 1: have rules!! Our goal is to produce reliable constants that will
not be messed up by subsequent calibrators changing run ranges, for
example. I mentioned that David Lawrence had produced a nice gui that
would be helpful in enforcing any rules we come up. Drop-down menus
will eliminate typos, for example. A lively discussion ensued about
the pros and cons of CCDB compared to CALDB. The tide of history seems
to be on the side of CCDB.
Rule 2: no hard-wired constants in the code!
We decided to get started on using CCDB in the FTOF reconstruction.
We then started arguing about the level of detail required in the
simulation digitization and chaos ensued. We ended discussion.

-Gagik has made much progress on version control. We will have periodic
stable releases and nightly (sometimes unstable?) versions.

-Krishna will show swimmer comparison plots next meeting.
