[Clas12_software] Plotting package broken

I suggest the solution: answer to the best of our knowledge. Then when
the experts have time, they can come and write AGREE, or DISAGREE, if it
is a DISAGREE, then they can write to correct answer.
This way, the users won't be waiting forever and the expert won't be
bothered with repetitive questions.
