[Clas12_software] Proper library build location for clas12

Mauri,

I need the space to develop and test my changes. It is not an unreasonable request.

What goes on /site/12gev_phys is not up to me. I just wanted to ask where the appropriate location is to put these builds.

Is the the work disk an appropriate place or not?
