I understand this. My idea for a digitization step was to emulate the DAQ
behavior. For example, the various Sub-System Processors and the Global Trigger
Processor's simple logic can be simulated.
Could you point me to a good 'real' cosmic data file that I could look at?

Great. Where can I find all the crate/slot/channel maps?
