These are two short manuals how to run GEMC and CLAS12 reconstruction 
jobs on ifarm.
Please treat them as examples/guidelines, and modify to your specific 
tasks if/when necessary!
Before the CLAS collaboration we will develop utility integrated into 
CLAS12 software package that will generate jsub and script files for 
various tasks and configuration. However, at the moment one can use 
these manuals for our validation purposes.
