[Clas12_software] new geometry in /group

Hello all,

A new version of the clas12 geometry has been installed in /group/clas12.

This includes:

- new beamline and FT, with two variations: FTOn and FTOff.
- the LTCC
- improved HTCC
- DC, FTOF with parameters from CCDB/Coatjava 

Please use gemc 2.3 (coming with JLAB_VERSION 1.3), that includes several improvements on the hit process routines, especially for the calorimeters, dc and the tofs.

You can use the baseline clas12.gcard in /group/clas12.

Geometry and digitizations are being improved and aligned between simulation and reconstruction - during this process there may be growing pains so please let us know bugs/features requests/documentation inaccuracies, etc.
