[Clas12_software] clara release

Dear All,

this release includes:
- monitoring of the data processing parameters, such as: service engine execution times, data processing errors and warnings, average processing rate, cpu usage, memory footprint, etc.
- web front-end for data processing monitor visualization
- updated auto script to run clara on local or farm resources: wall time is set to 24hours, priority queue request, minor bug fixes
- includes simulated data file, consistent with the latest COAT updates, for testing purposes.

Please install/upgrade your clara-coat distributions (instructions in https://claraweb.jlab.org/docs/clara/installation.html).
To assure proper monitoring and reporting please EXIT or JKILL your old processing jobs after they are done.
