[Clas12_software] clara installation upgrade

Hi,
due to the  coatjava-3a.0.0.tar.gz   (Note the name change) and Clara (no version change) releases it is strongly recommended to update your clas12 reconstruction distributions. For that you have to download and run the latest Clara installer from the https://claraweb.jlab.org:

leo% ./install-claracre-clas 

This Clara release includes reconstruction web monitoring support. You can monitor your local as well as farm data processing operations at:

http://claraweb.jlab.org:3000/dashboard/db/pdp-b
